This has been amazing for my 13 yr old. He has gotten stronger, pushed harder, and endured more than he ever would on his own. This has been absolutely amazing and we want to continue this!!!!
D1 Training Milton is a GREAT option to supplement a kiddo's competitive sports training. They do a great job with age appropriate training and make it fun for the kids. Tech platform to sign up for training is easy. This training option is a good value too.
I found D1 while I was prepping for my fire academy and could no be more impressed with the level of workouts provided. Marcus and the other coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate about health. For anyone looking to change up their workout routine I would highly recommend D1. Give it 30 days and you will hands down feel better, look better, and be performing better.
If you’re looking to get stronger physically and mentally this is the place to be! Whether it’s morning, night, in season, off season there’s no excuses. I’ve been coming here for some good time now and I’ve noticed major differences. I have became more explosive, I’ve gained a great amount of noticeable muscle and I’ve grown very strong mentally. Marcus is the man to see. He will work you till you don’t want to anymore, which will only make you stronger. Stop sitting around and go make a difference!
Our son attends D1 (Milton) multiple times a week for the Developmental class (12-14 yr old) and enjoys it very much. The workouts are challenging and fun (mix of Whole, Upper & Lower body) and he looks forward to it everyday. They do a great job and care and challenge the athletes to get the most out of what they are doing. Highly recommend D1!
