You get the best of both worlds at this gym! Marcus is my wonderful trainer and his wife Laura is a certified nutritionist. Put this husband and wife team together and it spells success! I have lost weight and gained mobility and strength. I have loved this experience!
My kid and I have been taking the guided gym classes at D1 for a few months now, and it’s been a really positive experience. The coaches do a great job of encouraging and pushing you just enough to improve, without ever being too intense or overwhelming.
