Reached out to D1 via website and got a call from a trainer for a free evaluation session for my son that we agreed on date/time. I showed up at said date/time and not only did we get a no call/no show from the trainer but the Mequon location looks shuttered. There is no equipment in the facility, the lights were off during listed open hours, the phone number on the door is disconnected, and the trainer was unreachable at the number he called me from. Had a disappointed son and bad overall business experience.

My oldest participates in personal training here at D1 Training Mequon. Not many gyms accepted 8 years old's but D1 Training Mequon is great with mine. His trainer Jake is works with my 8 year old and pushes him just enough to keep him engaged and working hard. His athleticism has improved vastly and his attitude has improved to have a more competitive mind without being too upset with loses.
