Everyone is very friendly and the environment is amazing. Everyone is welcoming of all skill levels and they definitely push you to your limits.
I was dealing with patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain) for years. Absolutely would recommend for youth training. My twins have participated in D1 for over a year and we’ve seen an unbelievable amount of progress from the youth training classes and private sessions. Coaches and staff are amazing, patient, and make working out fun for the kiddos.
I’ve been going to D1 Madison West for over a year, and the experience has been fantastic. The workouts are challenging but always scalable, and I've seen a dramatic improvement in strength and muscle gain. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. On top of that, the community is amazing.
These folks know their stuff. I met every one of my first lifting goals in my initial 6 weeks. D1 helped me set new goals for weights. I never dreamed of lifting, and now I feel unrecognizable. This place is amazing and you should come train with us.
