Great environment for the whole family. My wife and son love all the trainers and have seen huge results from the personalized plan and different skills programs.
D1 is such a great place to train. HB is an untapped goldmine for sports, and to train with fantastic trainers is what brought me here. The adults that get after it at 630 are driven and fun to work with and the kids that put in work are inspiring. Can’t wait to see this community grow!
