We have had a great experience with D1 Training! The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping each athlete improve. I really appreciate that the training focuses not only on strength and conditioning, but also on building confidence, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Me and few coworkers took an early AM class with Matt. Even with it being super early he brought the energy. There were 3 parts of the workout which I liked because they each had a different focus/goal. The facility is beautiful and the equipment was well kept and clean. Matt gave strong feedback and support. A bonus was the playlist was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back!
