Alex and Harry were great! Was my first time in a class and they were really welcoming. Alex was great at going over my fitness goals and Harry was so engaging during the class as a coach. So many other gym you see the coach just walking around. Not Harry!
The trainers make sure you do proper technique and and very helpful and good clean place to be at luv the atmosphere
Had a great experience here; great workout, good vibes, excellent coaching. I wish I lived closer to this place. I’m in search of fitness classes, I’m new to cardio and strength training, this place is beginner friendly, love the athletic feel being in field house, really nice equipment. Because its 30 minutes away I won’t be joining (honestly also because of pricing, I can’t afford $200 a month), but I’d love to encourage others that live closer to check it out!
I've had two kids participate in training programs at D1 and they have been very positive experiences. Thinking of going there myself now...
