Love this place and their staff is so friendly. It's wonderful that my children can get in a great workout and they have workouts for adults too! They also have homeschooling hours.
Great program for kids and adults My son has been apart of Rookie and Devo programs for 2 years and has shown massive improvement in personal records/goals and sports. Coaches from soccer and volleyball have made positive comments towards athletic performance and growth in skills and I have to thank D1 coaches and the work out programs for that. Multiple class times and fair pricing - great way to get your kid involved in the gym and get comfortable with weight training and gym etiquette!
