Amazing staff and highly educated trainers. The training is consistently changing, challenging your kids and to push themselves. Not only proper form and technique, but the importance of effort and attention to detail. You can 100% trust the process without worry. I have 3 of my children training here at D1, 16, 9, and 7 years old. They all love it, and have all improved in their sports due to this training.

This place is incredible. We stopped by today for a drop in class and were so impressed. I have a 7U athlete and saw immediate value in what they practiced today. Super clean and well built facility and the staff is top tier. Owner is on site and you can see and feel the passion here! Best training facility we have used!!
