I can’t say enough good things about this gym and everyone who works here. They have always been kind, welcoming, and supportive of my son, who has special needs. I especially want to recognize Coach Jordan Stengel. He is an outstanding professional who genuinely cares about every child he works with. His patience, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. He takes the time to understand my son’s individual needs and always makes sure he feels safe, comfortable, and encouraged. His calm, caring approach... read more

If you're serious about preparing your young athlete for the next level, D1 Centennial Hills is the real deal. I have my 13-year-old training here 3–4 days a week getting ready for tackle football this fall, and this place is impressive. The coaches truly know their stuff. They don't just put kids through the motions, they take the time to teach proper form, safe lifting technique, and the kind of functional athleticism that translates directly to the field. We love D1! It has been so good for my ten year old son. I love that they are teaching them about their muscles and how their bodies work, while they are working out. It is so good for coordination and not too intense. The coaches are awesome with the kids and have so much patience, but also keep them in line when they need it. I love the values they instill in the kids. I am hoping to figure out how I can still make it work during the school year with his other sports, because it has been great and I am so glad we joined.

I had schedule what I thought was a free class, was not able to make it twice but they were texting me every day to see if i wanted to reschedule so i did. When i got there Bryce explained everything and gave me the different options he became very rude and pushy when i told him i have to discuss it with my husband. I have to tell him he was making me uncomfortable and inwas feeling pressured. Again i mistakenly signed up for a consultation, i felt like Bryce wanted tonforce me into signing up. Worse experience ever. Never w... read more
