We’ve seen tremendous athletic growth since starting at D1 Bowling Green. The one-on-one training sessions have improved my son’s strength, speed, and overall performance, and the development plan keeps him focused on hitting measurable goals. The coaches push him to be his best, and the results speak for themselves!

I love training at D1! The energy is unmatched, and it’s clear the coaches really care about helping you reach your goals. The coaches put great emphasis on proper form, which makes every workout both safe and effective. The workout structure is top-notch—challenging but very intentional—so you’re always building strength and progressing. 10/10
My 12 year old son goes here and he absolutely loves it. The staff here is amazing and are positive role models to the youth . They are always uplifting and upbeat and keep my son focused and determined. I like knowing that my son is safe and in good hands here. We were here during the tornado sirens and the staff responded quickly and did their best to keep everyone safe and comfortable. I'm very happy with our experience here and my son enjoys the discipline, mentorship and structure. Great environment and program!
