My 12yo son has been at D1 since the Fall. They developed a program that provided training for both his general fitness and soccer specific goals. D1 Training has been great for me and my Wife! Excellent facility and fantastic people on their team! They create a great environment that encourages you and challenges you at the same time. The best part is that you just show up and they guide you through the hour long workout.
D1 Training Burlington has an incredible setup. The turf section is perfect for sports sessions, and the strength equipment is top quality — everything feels professional and well maintained. The space itself gives a real “wow” factor as soon as you walk in. It’s clean, open, and built like a true athletic training facility rather than a standard gym. The location is super convenient with plenty of parking and easy access. Definitely one of the best training spaces around Burlington.
D1 Sports delivers solid, no-nonsense strength and conditioning. The coaches know their stuff, the workouts are well-designed, and the environment keeps you motivated. Whether you’re an athlete or just looking to get in better shape, this is a dependable spot to build real strength and conditioning the right way.
While on business travel, the D1 Burlington location was kind enough to let me train during their adult class. The facility and staff were amazing. They truly treat you like family there and help you become a better athlete and person. The coach was excellent and very knowledgeable. I have been training at D1 in Florida for the past year, and it has been the best decision that I have ever made!!! I highly recommend this facility to any adults looking to improve their overall quality of life.
