My car enginee wasn't working and I called Desmond immediately. He told me not to stress and came all the way to city at 8pm to help me to jump start my car and fixed the window for me. For the next few days, Desmond has called and follow up with my car condition and even help me to communicate with Toyota to make sure everything is fine.
