Terrible service, discussed a position with a recruiter and the same day of getting off the phone with her she completely ignored all contact, texts, email etc. very poor service, complete disregard of someones time and no respect or professionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Extremely poor follow up communication even after I specifically requested same. I was very specific about my background and where I thought we might have issues. I found out from the client practice my file had been misrepresented to them. Indeed the client who reached out to me directly cautioned me about locums recruiters. This was my first experience and a very poor one at that.

UPDATE: After my original post below, the company did reach out to me, including the Director of Recruitment, and were very apologetic for my poor experience. They did finally acknowledge that that my file slipped through the cracks because of a transition period in staffing. Though they could not make up for a few months of lost salary and though it took quite a few efforts to try and reach a supervisor, they did very kindly reimburse my licensing costs of almost $2000.
