I have lived here for 5 years and this place in cloquet has gotten worse!! The building is falling apart water is leaking in, I get frost build up in corner of kitchen then gets like a black mold up wall. My end of building is sinking my walls cracked in LR & BR there was a survey that came he couldn't believe how bad this building is. The list goes on!! It's like a slum area here, I'm in elder/handicap building and it's so unsafe.

Don't bother if you have any credit issues or outstanding utility bills. Take forever to get a answer and rude

This management company is very difficult to contact. Questions go unanswered, no email, no return phone call, even after submitting a rental application it was impossible to find out if there were wait lists or if my application had been received at all. About a year went by before I received any form of communication from them. They had an available unit and my name had came to the top of a wait list, I was never made aware that I was on a list.
