Always there! They take such good care of us! Bob came out on New Years Day a couple of years ago to fix our dead water heater! Bill came out today to replace both a good and a bad bathroom faucet so our water bill didn't go thru the roof. Thank you soooo much for always taking care of us "older" folks!
DW Burns was contracted to do the plumbing on our home and two cabins. We have contracted over at least $50K in work to DW Burns over the years. Recently, we requested in mid December 2021 that a hose bib in one of our cabins be repaired. After calling many times, we are now more than six weeks out after our initial request. In our most recent call we were advised that a repair is still at least four weeks away.
