They sawed a hole in our solid wood wall before they checked to see if it was necessary. Now we have a non repairable hole. Dan offerd a picture to put over it. The crawlspace opening they used to run the hosing through, is covered halfway. Animals can still get in there. Is that really the best you can do?

My furnace stopped working so I called a local place to come out and check it out. They apparently don't work on the kind of furnace I have so they suggested I call D & W. I called right away and they had a technician over here within a few hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem, did a general maintenance and cleaning of my furnace, gave me some tips and answered all my questions! He was very friendly and informative! It was a much cheaper fix than I had anticipated too. Good experience overall!

Our technician Josh Wiederin was fantastic. Not only did he repair our furnace but also diagnosed our electrical surg problem. Thumbs up 👍 for a fantastic job.

I had used this contractor for years and had good results with my preventative maintenance each fall. I even had them service my daughter's HVAC system. Something seems to have changed this year and the good service and communication seems to have suffered. I called and tried to discuss items that concerned me, but the owner pretty much shut down the conversation. It seemed he was already frustrated with my questions.
