I wasn’t even allowed to visit because my sick child doesn’t have the MMR vaccine , I even explained the only reason she doesn’t have it because I’m on immune suppressants. Really?!?! So because of my health condition you won’t treat my daughter !! Nice ????
My wait time is never long and that is good because it keeps my child from being antsy. Dr. Knight-Mathis works great with the kids!
The Dr. Vicki took the time to find out what was wrong with my daughter when other practices wouldn't dig deeper. I would recommend her to everyone I know.
I feel that she has taken on more than she can handle and is not as thorough as she once was. Some of her staff members are wonderful, others are snippy and short coming across with no regard for your concern as the parent of a sick child. I will not go back after the staff refused to see my sick son, whose condition worsened after his visit days prior (I was told to bring him back in if there was no improvement). Also, if the diagnosis is not apprent, it is viral. Acceptable of WebMd, not a ped
