Went by the Harlingen store today to try to get a tint job. Was not even acknowledged. Waited for about 30 minutes and saw two customers being attended by four salesmen. I was completely ignored. Customer service still counts to some people. Won’t be stopping by again.
It was ok, I was acknowledged with in seconds on a tint that I wanted to do to my new truck. Explained the shades. No complain at all just that the TV on the waiting area was turned off, if it was on the wait time would have been berable. Also, I didnt get a walk around after the tint was finished and I had the 3M symbols on the tint, and I was told by another person, that it comes off. I walked in and NOBODY helped me. I waited by the counter. I had already had an alarm installed on my truck and I had gone to get an estimate to see how much tinting would be on my new truck. Sorry for them, they lost my business. I'm going to the one stop shop on the spur that's close to Sam's.
This is by far the worst experience i have had getting tint on my car we have been here since noon and they still aren't done

These group of hard workers, go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and do what they can to get you setup with your car audio needs, Highly recommended! I had nothing but a great customer experience there!
