My fiance and I took Susan's Hypnobabies Course late last Winter in preparation for the birth of our first baby. I was incredibly scared of the birth process and needed a way to feel calmer leading up to and during the birth. Taking Susan's class was a total game changer. I was underprepared when I got home from the hospital with our little one — I didn’t feel like I got enough support from the lactation consultants making the rounds at the hospital prior to discharge. I had a few super helpful sessions Susan where we did weighted feeds, reassuring me that baby was sufficiently feeding and latching well.
