I had my 1st appointment with D-Town Dental last week and was thoroughly impressed with the care and service of the entire staff including the front office. They went over everything and were very helpful in explaining what was covered by my insurance and what wasn't, and helped me understand what I needed to do to ensure better coverage for future work. Everyone was super nice and professional. Highly recommend!
I don't recommend this dentist under any circumstances. As patients here, we have experienced confusing billing practices that have caused me to be suspicious about their legitimacy. They have also "forgotten about" an appointment in one instance. Lastly, we have experienced situations where treatment was rendered that was not medically appropriate for us at that time. I strongly urge you to find another dentist in Doylestown.
Timely appointment made efficiently and very friendly care during the visit. Great place, great people.
Great visit especially when you are over 80 years old. Everyone super nice!
