Service and monitoring a joke. When Alarm rings, they stopped to check in if we are OK. What are we paying for? No one answers their phone when trying to call them.

I’m only giving 1 star because there isn’t an option for a negative 10. According to their own installer they sold me a 5 year old system claiming it was new. Owner Tim hides when confronted. Total scammers … stay away … there 100’s of options & Tim at Dtec isn’t one of them!!!
