I’m only giving 1 star because there isn’t an option for a negative 10. According to their own installer they sold me a 5 year old system claiming it was new. Owner Tim hides when confronted. Total scammers … stay away … there 100’s of options & Tim at Dtec isn’t one of them!!!
Obsolete and overpriced technology.
Service is terrible, very bad! A barrel Contact on the frame of the back door was broken; I called service department over 20 times, always no one answers my phone calls, and I have dropped voice messages each time with store phone number; but never got phone calls back. Finally I was able to talk a guy in the Service department with my problem, and hope he sending me a barrel Contact via Canada Post, he said yes. It was about 2 months ago. But until now, I didn't get the new barrel Contact from the company. So I have called... read more
