DT had no problem getting into my truck to hook up their tow truck. We caught them before they got too far away,and I watched them drag my Trailblazer down the street. The truck driver was a nice enough guy that he allowed us to remove all our items from the truck. We gave him a key and so long to that damn truck. I will not be harassed over a 12 year old truck. The auction will not get them much money for it.

MRS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. They went to tow my vehicle and would not allow me to remove any of my personal items. I have my childs bookbag and my employers work keys inside and they will not allow me access to my personal items. They have lied as to where the vehicle is stating they were told to deliver it to a different location - it would not be on their lot which turned out to be a lie. HORRIBLE COMPANY This business is as shady as they come. They hooked a regular pickup tow truck to a 33' motorhome with tow dolly and car attached from a lot with signs after the vehicle was there 10 minutes in broad daylight. The drivers were rude, and very offensive with their language. The police had to be called. The victim was told he had to pay $400 to sit his motorhome back down or they would tow it away which would cost him $900. DT Recovery is a RIP OFF My car was repoed at 12:15 am oct 12 by D T Recovery and I wasn't able to get it back until Oct 28. When I was able to get it back it had been taken to Belair Auction.When they ( Belair Auction ) brought my car to the gate it didn't have tags on it ,or anything of my personnel stuff in it at all.I MEAN NOTHING.............NO registration,no tools,no cds,not a single thing,you would have thought it just came off the assembly line.When I asked where my tags and stuff were , they said the repo company w... read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS My exsperience with DT has been long and painful to say the least. I had a problem with my car and they stickered it ( which was fine) I fixed the problem on line asap. and called them. I also had my leasing compnay call them. They claimed to have put me on a "DO NOT TOW LIST" ha! 5 days later my car was missing off the lot and it cost alot to get back. on top of they I demanded to see the footage of the tow to assess damage I feel my car recieved. dont try the owner " he is only in 3 weeks of the year" ac... read more
