D & T is a company I trust. Reasonably priced, no nonsense, professional, and Tim is a really personable and friendly guy that puts 110% of himself into his work. I had a termite and carpenter ant problem that I initially contacted them for. Tim came out to the house, did an inspection, quoted me a price (and nicely applied a coupon from the website that I didn't see initially), and explained the warranty (no other company can beat it).
