Responsive, dependable, professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I was burned by two previous services, the last of which, Bob Hamilton, attempted to defraud me. The technician showed me a video she said she took of the inside of our furnace, that it was severely rusted and presented a grave danger of gas leaking or worse. Very nice and straight forward company, took slightly longer than I'd have hoped to diagnose & fix my furnace issue.
Mike is the best at what he does. He is always positive, upbeat and whenever he comes out im always learning more about these recycled oil heater's we have here and how to keep them maintained.
