Had a roof leak that caused a severe mildew smell from water behind the wall. My property management first sent another company, but they couldn’t find the leak. D&T located it in under 10 minutes, repaired it the same day, and properly treated the area for mold. They know what they’re doing — smarter and faster than anyone else I’ve dealt with. My home is safe, dry, and mildew-free. Highly recommend!
Had my roof replaced and Tito was excellent. Communicated very well and his crew were top notch. Highly recommend as they were extremely fast and went far above and beyond. Will definitely be my go to contractor of choice moving forward.
