I have lived at the 3150 D Street Village apartments for over five years now and it has been a wonderful experience. We’ve had some great property and maintenance managers too. Jordan Affolter came to us three years ago and has been one of the best property managers we’ve ever had. She genuinely cares about the tenants and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels heard, supported, and well taken care of. Jordan, Jacqueline, Keenan and the entire Thrive team are very responsive and great at maintaining the premises. They are easy to work and communicate with.
I don’t think I’ll ever move from DStreet in Division. 🥰 I put in the maintenance order then went for a short walk. When I returned, I received a call from Jordan who is the absolute best apartment manager I’ve ever had. She asked if it was okay for the maintenance person to take care of the issue on the same day.
