I would never recommend that anyone purchase a D. Stone Builders home. We moved to NC from out of state and closed on this home June 14, 2024. We purchased the home quickly from far away, but our realtor was amazing and handled everything. Our inspection uncovered an issue with the roof and an issue with the kitchen ceiling, which we later found out were connected. I have used D Stone for several home projects. Stone walkways and slate for a bathroom knee wall top, curb and niche. Everyone was very helpful.
