One of the most unhelpful billing offices I have ever dealt with. Called to see if we could get a copy of an invoice emailed to us. The lady that answered said they did not have an email in the office...So, sense the bills are not being sent to us directly, I will have to write a letter to get a copy of my brothers-in-law bill. My husband and myself are POAs of him and a copy has been sent to them.
