Highly recommend the best brownies in Exeter, peanut butter!!
If you are 50+ years old and you want a rude + unfriendly service then this place is the spot. We were visiting Exeter, NH, and walked in for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat. All seats were taken and many of them were occupied by teenagers spending time on their laptops, and their bagpacks. The employee’s remark after being told that there’s no seats available was, “WELL!!! TOO BAD!!!” Now, that is etiquette for you.
Chose to go local rather than Starbucks, Dunkin, or Joe's. I've been here a few times but I tend to be out later in the day and local isn't always an option if I plan to be in a place working or drawing. The cafe is nice, small, with some two seater tables. They make a good use of space with bar seating. Not a place to stay if you've got more than 2 of you wanting a table unless you can grab the floor cushion seating at the front.
