We bought a house that they had installed the units on so I recalled them for service after 2 years I am still waiting on them to bring filters on one of my units, I keep getting told I will check into it. Now the fan blade broke and they will not sell me the fan. They are only helpful if you want to spend thousands of dollars with them. That's all they try to do is up sale instead of help. I will be going else were for service from now on!
