Scott is awesome. They are pricey but your paying for the best.
We just finished up a complete HVAC overhaul from top to bottom. The team spent 2 Plus days with us. At all times they were highly professional and extremely detail oriented. Woke up this morning to no heat. Called Silvestri and your first impression is the phenomenal customer service on the phone. Personal, caring and professional. Scott showed up and analyzed and dealt with the problem. He is amazing and unlike the area competitors he was not immediately recommending a new system.
