We just finished up a complete HVAC overhaul from top to bottom. The team spent 2 Plus days with us. At all times they were highly professional and extremely detail oriented. Woke up this morning to no heat. Called Silvestri and your first impression is the phenomenal customer service on the phone. Personal, caring and professional. Scott showed up and analyzed and dealt with the problem. He is amazing and unlike the area competitors he was not immediately recommending a new system. Amazing work, I'm so relieved. Highly recommend them. Our residential boiler died the day after Christmas and we returned home at about midnight the 26th to a cold house. After calling several companies that night and the following morning morning and getting one tech over from another company that seemed only adequate, I was recommended Silvestri by a neighbor to get a second opinion and wow did they deliver.
