CALL someone (anyone) else! we had done business with Schwartz for 17 years. They came to service my systems and clean my ducts September 2023, said we needed whole new systems, and since we had done business with them for so long we took their word thinking Shane would be honest. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Find another HVAC company! They scammed me out of 1500 dollars back in May. The owner will pretend to make an appointment, say everything is under warranty and then blow you off and not explain why. No one works here. The address listed is an abandoned parking lot with 1 Schwartz van sitting in it with a few tools in it. Tires flat and all that. Go ahead and drive to it and see for yourselves. I'll wait. Save yourself the trouble and find another HVAC place.
Shane came out to provide a quote, but then never showed up for the scheduled repair. I set an entire day aside and disassembled shelving to provide access to a needed vent. He simply didn't show up and then stopped replying to texts and phone calls. I called the office number the day of the appointment and my wife the following day to inquire about rescheduling, and still nothing. Shane completely ghosted us.
