1/12/26 Just overall bad experience here maybe it’s a hit or missed but Upon checking I greet the lady at the window & she reply rudely with check in at the wall behind you🤨…then I had to wait 5 hours to get unloaded do to broker & receiver time error !! On my end it shows 10am & on there’s 3pm…like I was supposed to know that at chk-In??.i spoke to the manager & was told they are a bit ahead of schedule & can work me in…but that wasn’t the case…
Show up at your appointment time, they wouldn't load or unload if you're there early Lady at the reception, was rude.
Show up on time for your appointment and you won’t have any issues. They put me right in a door and started unloading immediately. Everyone is really nice! They showed me where the bathrooms were and even offered coffee. Zero complaints from me.
Llega se parquea al fondo a mano izquierda va a la oficina se registra en el tablet luego en la oficina hay mismo le dan un papel con la puerta destinada se parquea en la puerta vuelve a la oficina para llevar el papel al q te va a cargar esperas sentado dentro. carga rápida unos 45 minutos. Me dejaron pasar la noche hay hay parqueo como para 6 o 7 truck
