Friendly service ! Expedited Parts to my shipping adress with communication every step of the process 😁 Highly recommend using D & S for all your vending machine parts.
Jason..D&S Vending is outstanding. Always ready to help and answer questions. Orders are filled in a very timely manner. Example I placed an order at 7pm . Then sent Jason an email about a part, he answered it in less than 5 minutes. I asked him to add the part in question to order. Within 5 minutes he emails ordering and ask them to add part to my order. GREAT Customer service. Refreshing!!!
Slightly difficult as I had a required a part for an old machine and I didn't have a number for and couldn't find on their website. A few emails couple of pictures they emailed me the part number which I was then able to look up in order. Part arrived in 3 days. Third time I have this company. Fantastic customer support.
I recently won a vending machine in an auction and needed a lock that I had to drill in to get inside. I originally reached out to A&M Equipment which local but did not have the part because of the age of the machine, however, they referred me to speak to Dennis from D&S Vending and I’m glad I did. His customer service was superb and he had my parts to me within a few days to get me back up and running. Thanks a million Dennis, you truly are a gem !!!
La entrega llego en tiempo, muy bien empaquetado y con excelente seguimiento post venta
