They worked on my drain but said they couldn't clear it. They said they needed to install an exterior clean out that would cost about $2500. I asked for a written bid. I then asked how much the charges were and they said there was no charge as they couldn't clear it. The next day, the drains were clogged worse than before. I called another company and they were able to clear the drain. Two months later I received a bill for $185. They said it was because I hadn't let them install an exterior clean out.
