D&S Roofing completed all the repairs on our home after a major hailstorm caused significant damage. Dan Kanton was very attentive throughout the process and ensured the work was completed to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with D&S and I would definitely use their services again!
This is my first time using Dan’s services. He delivered what he promised. Dan did the inspection with a lot of pictures from different angles. I like that he was honest compared with other people who saw my roof. I recommend his services and I will be using his services in the future.
Dan Kanton delivered just like he said would.My roof was replaced in record time once funds were released. He worked diligently with my Claim adjuster to get the best settlement for my losses due to the Hail.
Dan provided me with exceptional communication and customer service. I needed my roof and siding replaced due to hail damage. He came out to my house and helped deal with the insurance estimator. He MADE SURE the estimator covered everything, he even had the estimator correct some issues I didn’t see. The roof replacement was delayed due to whether, it eventually started leaking because of the delay, so he moved up the replacement date immediately to the next day since there was a break in the weather. Started off great! I was having him to do my roof which was completed and the siding, Then the communication fell off. I Kept having to remind him to send documents to insurance adjuster, wasn't including me (cc'ing) in the emails claiming wasn't realizing it, but ur a business man and should know how to do that, adjuster had to constantly ask for documents and would take Dan days to respond. There was a time zone difference and he acted like he would only wait for my adjuster emails if couldnt reach him through a phone call... read more
