Very helpful and friendly staff.
Brought it in for repairs form a deer accident through our insurance. Won’t be using Ds for any future service. Kept getting estimates for the work that were wrong. There were two separate instances where the date past and I had to call to get updates. They were planning on giving us the car where the bumper didn’t fit correctly (poor mechanic/body worker). At first we were impressed by how quickly they could get my van in, but maybe that should have been a red flag. My husband brought my van home and didn’t really look it over, so when I went to put car seats back in I noticed it was filthy inside. Upon further inspection the bumper that had just been repaired had a chip of paint out of it on the opposite side that was fixed. So back it went. They cleaned up the inside somewhat and fixed the bumper. Now I was just cleaning the windows and am now seeing that there is paint over... read more
