It was a pleasure working with D's Team. They were very efficient & did an excellent job repairing my vehicle! Highly recommend D's!
While in the end D’s went above and beyond to correct our concerns, the process was challenging. I felt like my concerns weren’t initially taken seriously, as the GM was defensive when I questioned the quality of the work. I had to bring it back and D’s did indeed fix the bumper, as it had not been installed correctly. We arranged for after hours pickup, and the car had a dead battery just an hour after they claim to have driven the vehicle. The battery was reinstalled despite going bad while with them.
