Very impressed. The rep, Michael, did an amazing job explaining everything they would do to fix the car and even what possible further damage there was under the hood. We received multiple texts with updates and they finished well before their estimated time frame was. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend!
I wouldn’t trust my vehicle with anybody else!
While in the end D’s went above and beyond to correct our concerns, the process was challenging. I felt like my concerns weren’t initially taken seriously, as the GM was defensive when I questioned the quality of the work. I had to bring it back and D’s did indeed fix the bumper, as it had not been installed correctly. We arranged for after hours pickup, and the car had a dead battery just an hour after they claim to have driven the vehicle. The battery was reinstalled despite going bad while with them.
