I love this place! My husband has been wanting a motorcycle forever and a friend suggested this Honda dealership. Caleb was the one to meet and greet us, he was so informative and helpful. He got us just the bike we wanted! Ask for him, I’m sure he will help you like he helped us.
Every time I come in to either get parts from Dave E., or see Brandon in service, the experience is remarkable. The reason is simple. Their customer service attitude is second to none. I've seen it with other customers, also. They treat everyone like family.No surprise they've been in business 40 plus years. If you ride a Honda or Kawasaki, D&S is the place to come to. You'll be glad you did.
Super place to buy from and super service department.
Well, this is a good place... But I will NEVER go here for service again. They talk the talk in defence of themselves, however that doesn't fix the unfortunate hassle of time and frustration I had to deal with because of there lack of communication. For about 8 months they have only had one tech working back there. That's fine, I understand, but when you tell someone you are going to have the bike done at 2:30 then have it done at 2:30. Me and my roommate brought in a bike for a simple back tire change. We were told that it would be done in an hour and a half, so we go have lunch, come back, park and wait in the car. At the 2 hour mark, we start to wonder what's going on, and why we weren't at least contacted after the estimated time of completion had passed.
