I had a great experience with D&S Heating & Cooling. They added three small return air ducts to all three upstairs bedrooms and resized the ductwork to the main upstairs return to properly balance airflow. The difference in heating and cooling upstairs is noticeable—airflow is much more balanced and the system runs more efficiently. excellent group of guys showed up for a new unit install even though a little chilly. We entertained each other and they got the work done like Pros do.
I cannot begin to express how impressed I am with this company’s commitment to getting the job done right. Of course our heat goes out when it is going to be the coldest week. D&S sent out two fabulous techs, Clint and Patrick who made sure we were warm again. It wasn’t an easy job but they stuck it out and we are extremely appreciative.
