I had a very disappointing experience at this office. My cleaning lasted about five minutes. I was told I had a cracked tooth and needed a root canal. I was also told a chipped tooth couldn’t be properly fixed. I decided to get a second opinion, and what I was told was completely different. My experience was very disappointing. I went in only to have a chipped front tooth repaired. Initially, they tried to charge me an additional $100 on top of what my insurance covered. Later, my insurance informed me that this office had requested authorization for a crown and a root canal, which were never explained to me and were not the reason for my visit.
