My experience was very disappointing. I went in only to have a chipped front tooth repaired. Initially, they tried to charge me an additional $100 on top of what my insurance covered. Later, my insurance informed me that this office had requested authorization for a crown and a root canal, which were never explained to me and were not the reason for my visit. The worst place, the doctors are terrible and there are no professionals, I do not recommend this place.
The staff here are friendly and helpful, which I appreciate. However, the wait time is usually long. The main reason I’m giving three stars is because I feel the person who cleaned my teeth may have been a student or in training. While they did clean, it didn’t feel very thorough more like they only focused on the visible areas. Additionally, when I asked questions about my teeth, they weren’t able to provide clear answers, which left me uncertain.
