The office staff is very nice, it's a very clean environment and Dr Tein is very nice

Happy with the customer service D. Tien is very caring and gentle and sympathetic, friendly, he’s easy to talk to, always informative and never rush. Very happy with the services he provides for my son.The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you
Calm demeanor but not communicative. Compared to our last eye Dr. from out west , this exam seemed far less thorough and fairly rushed. He also did not relay info from exam including prescription level that was needed. I had to ask many times to be informed of eye health and seemed dismissive of concerns of current eye issues. His assistants and office staff are amazing though, and wonderful with my kids.
