Very professional. Performed work in a timely manner. Damon was prompt and efficient.
Damon was very prompt with both emails and phone calls. He did the work in the time frame that he promised. Very pleasant and easy to work with.
They were great! Very professional. He even looked down by our furnace (we have oil heat) and I had no idea that it all ran together up the chimney. He had everything set up so that the inside of my house stayed nice and clean no mess was made! He recommended some work on the cement to the out side of the chimney along with waterproofing and we will probably do that soon with them.
This company saved me over $1200 from the other quotes I got. They didn't try to sell me anything extra. He said if my chimney leaked again up to three years he would come back and do everything again. This is a very honest company.

Walked on my white carpet with dirty shoes. Spilled fireplace ashes on carpet and didn't say anything. I cleaned spots myself. Did not remove damper door. Soot still in there. Won't use them again.

Very professional did work quickly and efficiently and gave me information to install sleeves into the chimney myself as well as what it would cost to have him do it. Highly recommend this service.
