Promised plans within 1 week. Demanded 50% payment up front which was made. Weeks go by with no progress to finally receive half cooked typical details. Return comments were provided and now months have gone by with no update or progress. Didn't hear anything until an sms was received wanting the remaining fee proposal. Astonishingly incompetent.
