This is a great place to live! My sister is a home owner and the property manager twice has allowed my mother and her pets to stay with my sister ! If you give the management and staff respect they will respect you. This should be a model for mobile home communities !

D&R is not a place for growing families. If you are family oriented and have visitors often don’t bother living here. Visitors aren’t allowed and kids are not welcome to live happily in their yard. I wish i never moved in.
After living here for 5 years and moving due to purchasing a home D AND R village is a nice, quiet, and well kept neighborhood. Never had any issues with other tenants within the park. Maintenance was always helpful and drove by with a smile and a wave. The office staff was also very polite and professional always offering to help out anyway that they could. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market and looking to live in the Clifton park area.
