Great people, nice to deal with understood what was needed
I had to cancel a bumper repair appointment via email a good week in advance because I had the work done elsewhere. The company didn’t check their emails and had already ordered parts. When I spoke with staff on the phone, there was frustration directed at me despite giving notice. They could improve communication, but otherwise the service seemed ok.
So nice talking /dealing with such lovely friendly people Work was completed on time and to great standard
Robert did a great job on the Corolla for a great price. Debbie was a great communicator over the phone. They got the job done a day faster than promised. Replaced a damaged rear bumper and full cut & polish. Very happy with the entire experience.
Great quality of workmanship, friendly honest service, fair pricing. Robbie turned my job around in 48 hours from my first emergency phone call. I would not go anywhere else for panel beating service and would travel a considerable way to use D & R again over any other smash repair Co.
