Arrived to get a quote on damage to my wing mirror. The office was closed due to personal reasons, but the apprentice in the workshop couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived almost a closing and he took the time to take all my information and pics of the damage. This was quickly followed up on by Debbie. Great people, nice to deal with understood what was needed
I had to cancel a bumper repair appointment via email a good week in advance because I had the work done elsewhere. The company didn’t check their emails and had already ordered parts. When I spoke with staff on the phone, there was frustration directed at me despite giving notice. They could improve communication, but otherwise the service seemed ok.
So nice talking /dealing with such lovely friendly people Work was completed on time and to great standard
Robert did a great job on the Corolla for a great price. Debbie was a great communicator over the phone. They got the job done a day faster than promised. Replaced a damaged rear bumper and full cut & polish. Very happy with the entire experience.
