Joshua and Greg, quickly addressed a gas leak situation. Identified the leak quickly and resolved the leak at the connection joint. Great thing about them is the way they cleanup after their service. This is my 3rd time using their service and I have been happy with their service. Greg especially has given educative tips.

Called D R plumbing to fix a problem the whole house back up one plumber run a snake thru the house that didn’t fix it. Talked to Josh he came out Sunday morning to look at the problem was fixed where it we could flash the toilets. I was having surgery on Monday. I have Prostate cancer. I had broken pipes under the house so they had to replace 23 feet of pipe. Start on Monday and by Tuesday they had all the pipe replaced so system running time we got back from the hospital. We had the kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain and I tried everything went in through the clean out at the kitchen ran the snake in 50’ went in through the front clean out ran the snake in 50’ went in through the vent pipe and still no luck. Called DR Plumbing and he came out and ran his snake all the way through to the front clean out and pulled it out and tested it and we still had clogged pipe. We were thinking the worst now. Amazing customer service! Josh and his team were able to come out right away to help get water back and running. They did a great job explaining the situation and giving us solution options that worked within our budget. HIGHLY recommended!
