The technician (Dustin) was prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly, answered all of our questions. Superlative customer service.
We have a podcast studio in the Iowa City area. Randomly one day we get a ton of flies in our space. Not sure how they got in or why. D&R got in the next day, set us up with an electric fly trap, stick traps, and sprayed the space. I think about 60 flies were eliminated within a 24 hr period. They still maintain our space and we haven't had an issue since. Staff has always been incredibly friendly.
We have been using D&R Pest Control for several years. They have always proved to be prompt, efficient, and never intrusive. They are people that we have grown to rely upon. Thank you D&R!
