Rich is the best. In our home office, we kept losing the air conditioning on extremely hot days. Before Rich, we had another guy come out - he told us we had a leak and filled it with freon - it kept freezing. Rich came through and cleaned out the condenser outside. He found that it was overcharged (the first guy was wrong) and relieved the pressure. Since we bought this house five years ago, it's been working the best it's ever had. Rich is honest and friendly. Def recommended.
Did a great job on replacing AC
Just had Rich service (preventative maintenance) my household AC system for the first time. He identified some problems I didn't even know I had from the previous system installer. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous. Glad I found him through outstanding online reviews! I intend to have him install a new split air ductless system next.

I’ve finally found a heating/AC repair service I can trust and have confidence in. I’m a pretty good DIY home owner but sometimes you have to call in a professional. Rich is that guy, family owned, in the Monmouth county area for 32 years. Knowable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other services that want $150.00 just to pull in your driveway and you get a tech that has three months of training (if your lucky) and spends most his time making phone calls to some tech support trying to... read more
