Rich is amazing. He installed a new central air conditioner and furnace for me after my AC died this past summer. I almost had one of the big local companies do it which I had a service contract with but they were a little shady with their sales practices and when I needed to make some changes to what I wanted and they became unresponsive. I highly recommend Rich. He replaced an old furnace in my mother's home. Another company had put in a system that was not the correct size for her home and had issues heating the home when its very cold. Rich spent the time to get the right sized unit for her home. He did an outstanding job installing the new system.
Rich is the best. In our home office, we kept losing the air conditioning on extremely hot days. Before Rich, we had another guy come out - he told us we had a leak and filled it with freon - it kept freezing. Rich came through and cleaned out the condenser outside. He found that it was overcharged (the first guy was wrong) and relieved the pressure. Since we bought this house five years ago, it's been working the best it's ever had. Rich is honest and friendly. Def recommended.
Did a great job on replacing AC
Just had Rich service (preventative maintenance) my household AC system for the first time. He identified some problems I didn't even know I had from the previous system installer. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous. Glad I found him through outstanding online reviews! I intend to have him install a new split air ductless system next.
