After a lead paint exposure mishap at my house, while 38 weeks pregnant- I called at 4:19pm on a Wednesday very distraught and explained the situation and asked if they could send someone to give me a quote on lead abatement. They were able to send someone out the very next morning at 9am. 3/2020: smh nada nothing ...IJS Had work completed July 2018 which appears to be faulty from pictures compared to then and now. work was under warranty.... reached out to the customer service rep and the owner who returned call and scheduled appt. Yet still has not contacted me again about the status. I still have a voicemail from them, which i texted to them and sent via email, and ghost! They have yet to reach out to me and this has been going on since December of last year. Be wary... Finally received a follow-up March 20... read more
