Deanna is extremely rude. Initially my fiancé and I were helped by Rosemarie who was very pleasant and offered us great service. We are starting a business and trying to figure out the best way to do our book keeping. Deanna was rude, condescending, she offered no sound advice and worst of all she did not do the work that was promised to us.
